Barbara S. Alexander, Social Work Consultant and Clinical Advisory Board for ContinuedLearning
Barbara Alexander is the Founder and Program Director of ON GOOD AUTHORITY, Inc. Her duties there include development, management, production, promotion, and administration of training programs for use in the continuing education of mental health professionals nationally.
She has also maintained her own private practice since 1973. Her practice consists of evaluation and psychotherapy of children and adults, including individual and marital therapy. She is a consultant to private child welfare agencies, performs tutoring programs, and is involved in the State of Illinois Status Offenders Project. In addition, she performs custody evaluations, vocational assessments for Federal Disability Determination and forensic psychosocial evaluations and research.

A. Sheree Graves, Director of ContinuedLearning, a Division of Netsmart
Published in several industry magazines, Sheree has authored best-practice briefs on the topics of technology implementation, computer-based training, and staff competency development. She is currently working with the ContinuedLearning Training User Group (CTUG) to develop a standard library of core competencies that an organization can use as a foundation for organization-wide competency management in the areas of accreditation, regulatory and market achievement. This library will comprise multiple modalities and is the first of its kind nationally.
Sheree Graves serves on several industry advisory boards and committees including a recent work-group for the Center for Mental Health Services national data standards DS2K+. She is also a member of ASTD, the national training association, and SATVA, the national technology association for behavioral health care. In the past several years, she has been a presenter at numerous state and national association meetings and conferences, including Mental Health Corporations of America, Virginia Providers Association, Florida Council for Mental Health, Pennsylvania Providers Association, Texas MH/MR Council, Michigan Association for Community Mental Health Boards, and the CMHC systems National User Group.

Dr. Skypek, is a licensed clinical psychologist. She also serves as a surveyor for the Joint Commission. Dr. Skypek brings clinical experience as well as experience in national consulting with behavioral organizations.
