Anyone with a grievance concerning the quality of a CE offering can receive credit for an alternative course of equal length if the course is completed successfully. Initially the Director of Continuing Education will handle any complaints. If she cannot resolve them, then if the complaintant desires, the matter will be taken to our Clinical Advisory Team. The complaintant will be asked to put his/her complaint in writing, along with any requested resolution, and submit it to us. Upon receipt of the written complaint, ContinuedLearning will convene the Clinical Advisory Team by phone to review the matter and reach a determination within thirty days of the filing.
If the complaintant remains unsatisfied with the conclusion of the Clinical Advisory Team, a refund will be offered.
